The girlfriend is an amateur artist and baker, but you'd think she was doing it for years. So when she combines the two the results are often beyond awesome. Here is an example of what she delivered to my house this Saturday right before the Penguins went on a four-goal rally. Coincidence? I think not.
And yes, it did taste as good as it looks.

I’m going to have to add a ‘cake clause’ next year when my contract comes up for re-negotiation.
Let's go Pens!
We’ll see what we can work with. Have your people talk to my people and maybe we can work something out.

That’s amazing! Around here we douse everything in sprinkles to hide the fact that we cannot even ice a cake properly / remove it from the pan without it falling apart – so I am extremely impressed.
Uh oh – not the sprinkles or jimmies conversation. That’s right up there with the “is it sauce or gravy” debate.

Not kidding you one bit. It’s one of the more dreaded conversations when my Italian family meets the Dutch side. It’s sheer chaos.

The important question that nobody has asked.
Does she have a sister?
Before each game, please remember to feed the bats.
Damn, dude
Does she do parties? I might have to ship her out here since my birthday is right around the corner.

Technically this is her ‘hobby,’ but she never fails to impress. I keep telling her there is a business to be made.
