Scuderi out 3-4 weeks with what announcers dubbed an "exploded finger."  In actuality it's a fracture and will require surgery.

Adam Hall is also out for the season with a sports hernia.  Considering Hossa is coming in wearing the number 18,it may be the last of Hall in Pitt.

Then again - we shall see by October.
