There weren't many good things about the Pens' staggering loss to the Bruins, but one thing that came out of it was a hell of a fight. You may want to grab a snack - this is a lengthy one.
Towards the end of the game (17:32, 3rd period), Jarkko Ruutu tried to hit Milan Lucic against the boards, but got more board than body. The two wasted no time in dropping the gloves and got to it. This is one of the longer fights I've seen since I started watching for them. Though well-paced, Lucic did get the greater amount of shots in, both to Ruutu's body and his head (though Ruutu took care to not allow his helmet to be pulled off). Both men missed what could have been knockout blows, and though both landed good shots, Lucic just got off more and pulls the win over Ruutu.
Why can't they have replays of when a Pen wins a fight?
