The win did in fact clinch a playoff berth for the Penguins.

One bright side
for the Pens is that Montreal is playing one of their last two games against the Sens, and beating them is a rarity. Even when the Sens were playing their worst games of the season they were trouncing the Habs.
Let's hope
Montreal drops that game, because then Pitt will be up 2 points on them with only two games remaining. Things are looking pretty good - but in all honesty it wasn't looking so great last night.
