To give my condolences to the Bourdon family and I hope Luc is in a better place right now. May he rest in peace. :( He was WAY to young. Luc was a promising defense men for the Vancouver Canucks and he died in a motorcycle accident this morning. Apparently he only recently got into riding motorcycles and he had just bought one of his own two days ago! This is a huge tragedy for the NHL.

Man – from the same draft class as Crosby, Marc Staal and Jack Johnson. Horrible thing to have happen to any player and his family. I really hate it when we have to change from “will be great” to “could’ve been great.”

I wasn’t familiar with Luc Bourdon, as I don’t really follow the Canucks. But from all accounts, he was a great guy and will be sorely missed. My condolensces to the Bourdon family as well.
