Fleury and the Pens have agreed to a 7 year deal worth 35 mil.

It will hopefully be official later today.

I am glad to see that this deal is in the books. With all of yesterday's drama this is a nice change!

I think Salary Arbitration was a great idea for this situation. Obviously both sides were interested in signing a deal, but with the Hossa stuff going on Shero knew he would be busy. This bought them more time to negotiate without worrying about offer sheets etc. I like this deal and I’m feeling really good about Fleury as the no. 1 netminder after his great playoff run!
