Pittsburgh Penguins open camp

You heard right - camp is open.  Today is that first day when the guys just look to get the boring, mundane and routine stuff out of the way.  Physicals, locker assignments, break in those new skates, etc.  Players are expected to hit the ice in various, random clusters throughout the morning from 9am - 1pm, but to the best of my knowledge nothing is planned in terms of a scrimmage and whatnot.  But hey - it is open to the public starting as early as 8:45, so if you're shooting down there and plan on bringing a camera feel free to share your shots.

There are also three practices open to the public this week.  So if you can't make it today then the opportunity may come up later on in the week.  I've copied and pasted the entire practice schedule after the jump for those who may be interested.
