PrintDid you see Colton Orr and Sidney Crosby get roughing calls? Surprised that Eric Godard or Paul Bissonnette didn't try to get a piece of New York's goon? It looks like Godard tried.
"I asked him [to fight] earlier. He didn't want to go," Godard said. "Then when they're down, he wants to go to try and get rid of me."
After the way the Pens have been fighting lately, I wouldn't want a piece of him either.

Not to mention Godard played with a strong head towards the end of the game. The last thing the Rangers needed was any sort of rally point. Granted God probably would’ve wrecked Orr but it’s not worth the risk. Props to God for keeping his cool.
But I still think there’s a fight pending the next time these guys meet up
