Minnesota Wild vs. Pittsburgh Penguins [Open Thread]
Minnesota Wild at Pittsburgh Penguins, Oct 31, 2009 7:30 PM EDT
Happy Halloween PensBurghers!
I'll be handing out the candy, and happily watching the game in HD thanks to my random Minnesota Wild FSN-WI TV connection. I'll be sadly having my third straight healthy scratch from Game Threading, but watching the game none the less!
Save me a fun size Twix, and let's go Pens!

I missed it… aghh..
But I’d imagine him being something like that. I can’t imagine crosby dressing up as something evil.
No worries, I’ll be uploading the Halloween segment with a few Pens as kids dressed up

You are amazing…
I was at the Habs / Hawks game last night and wanted to see an upclose replay of the hit (since I only saw it fast from the 300 section.) It’s like you intuit every video that I want.
You can thank Bla Razor for the heads up last night, so I dvr’d it last night and upped it this morning :-)

I kind of agree with the Minnesota announcers.. good that Crosby is trying to get the team fired up but now we have to play without him for seven minutes. Maybe not a good idea.
agree there

ah well, remember last night, if any team can turn it around in the 3rd, it’s this team.

Well I’m getting tired of this lazy attitude they seem to have during the first 2 periods

it’s not lazy, the lines just don’t seem to be setteld yet, the injuries are really shaking those up.

Just got in from work and holy crap! We’ve out shot them twenty something to nine and we’re still trailing?! Yikes!
Yeah, there’s a definite vacuum in his absence.

Sykora high-sticked Letang; not sure what Letang did.
by OlenWhitaker on Oct 31, 2009 9:40 PM EDT up reply actions
Refs don’t want to give the Pens an advantage against a crappy team so they had to give Letang 2 mins

Wow. It stings to lose with such a shot advantage. Oh, well. Every team has this kind of night. A few bad bounces, one or twoo soft goals and this can be the result.
