Aww, for cryin’ out loud. I spend half the first period looking for a feed, find one, and now it’s gone dark. Everything about tonight’s game sucks.
I have gamecenter and it’s pretty good. I realized since I’m a loser who watches every game, and since I live outside of the TV market, it’s less than two bucks per game for me.
Take note Dan Carcillo: you don’t actually start fighting until the other guy drops his gloves.

This is bullshit.
Based on the chat logs it seems that someone is going around shutting feeds down as fast as they go up. Utter bullshit. If you’re the league don’t you want people to be able to see the game? If you’re the TV station, don’t you want me to see your ads? Utter bullshit. Sounds like Billy G pounded someone. I feel like doing the same right about now.

Why can't Mendy bust a long TD run? We could use it.
The NHL still has a long way to go before they make games reasonably priced and accessible for fans who don’t live in the city.
I pay for Gamecenter so I watch games legally, but I don’t have cable and so I can’t watch Versus or NHL network games without another (much bigger) monthly bill that I can’t afford. So I’m going to be very upset when the playoffs happen and many games are on versus.
And, my sister lives in Cleveland and she literally can’t have gamecenter because Cleveland is blacked out on every Pens game because the Ohio station has the rights — even though they never exercise those rights and Pens games are never on TV there.
That really sucks for your sister. Makes it real tough to be a fan.

Yeah, it’s not right and it’s hurting the NHL. They need to accept and embrace the new reality that people move all over the country while staying loyal to one team. And, people will pay something for these games if you let them — but if they aren’t available, or the price is too high, they will just keep trying to watch for free or give up entirely.
I think Yahoo has occasional (league approved) video — tonight it looks like Calgary at LA Don’t hold me to this, but I think they do this on playoffs, which would improve your odds.
But again I don’t know that for 100% fact or not….Plus I think they only have like 1 random game per night, so it’s not reliable

The way I see it, I already have payed for the game. Everytime I watch an ad during the TV timeouts, I’m paying for the game. When I shelled out a pile of cash this summer for commemorative memorabilia celebrating the Stanley Cup win, I paid for the game. When I paid god damn $300 for a god damn jersey to show the world my loyalty to a team I now can’t even watch, I paid for the god damn game!

amazing. Rupp with 9 this year. look at his career stats. he only had 27 goals career coming into this season. it would be something if could make it to 20 or even possibly match this year with his last 6 seasons combined….
So Malkin has only 8 goals, and is racking up a ton of PIMs this year. Where’s our Conn Smythe winner? He’s been overpassing so much lately.
