Suddenly this game is much more interesting now that Michel Therrien isn't at the helm right now.
How will Dan Bylsma work the team in his first game as (interim) head coach? Not to mention against a team where he was an assistant coach in 2005/06. I'm already dreading the super-positive stories that will circulate through the papers tomorrow if this turns out to be a blowout. Let me just say this in advance - it's the Islanders guys. Chill.
When you consider the Penguins are up 3-0 on the season series against the Islanders you'd like to think "win."
The Islanders, needless to say, are not much of a threat in the East right now. However, with the way the Pens are playing lately you can't exactly say any team is an easy win.

Not quite winless in Feb.
Took until the 26th for an Islanders win in December. Took until the 21st in January. (So that’s progress!)
But actually, the Islanders beat Tampa Bay Feb. 3, before the current five-game slump.

Well in that case, less pressure then ;-)

After Toronto game I took some time away from anything Penguins… First time this season i’ve done that. I come back and what, whoa, what??? MT fired and YEO gets to keep his job! Lookin’ forward to this game, and I truly beleive that any game could be a ‘good’ game with the Pens lately, whether they are playing Islanders or Detroit.
