Gonchar out tonight, Goligoski recalled
Sergei's Gonchar's wife is set to give birth, so he's out of the lineup....Alex Goligoski has been recalled and is expected to take his place tonight for tonight's game against the Florida Panthers.

Mighty fine news. Can’t lie though – I wish he was out there tonight.
On that note – does anyone remember the day when Mario’s wife gave birth to their son? He was premature and in intensive care, but Mario still went out there and played, scoring five goals against the Blues. Insane.

Well, that’s what happens when you’re 23 and trying to stick in the NHL and the team acquires a 38 year with 1100+ NHL games…Seniority’s a b.
I’m sure Goose is just happy to be skating in the NHL again and getting that big paycheck, if only for a game.
