CONGRATS FROM A CAPS FAN

much respect from a caps fan

as a caps fan im not to fond of sid gino and the rest of them but wow what grit and determination they showed tonight…. i said it after you kicked the crap out of us in game seven, thats all you could ever want from your sports team all on the line heart on the sleeve balls out “We aren’t losing this game” mentality that you had all the way…. CONGRAGULATIONS…. i hope to see OV and Backstrom raising it next year, but enjoy the offseason and the title…. as a celtics fan i can tell you that repeating and avoiding injuries even when your clearly the best team is very difficult, try repeating without gino or sid next year…. have a fun summer with the cup and SEE YOU IN THE CONFERENCE FINALS IN ’10

Thanks for the post.

For what it’s worth, I thought the Pens/Caps series of this year was the best series in terms of sheer entertainment I’ve ever seen in my life.

Heart, Max Talbot has it by the mile. The Pens are your 2008-2009 Stanley Cup Champions.

Stay Classy

Caps vs. Pens isn’t going away, we got a great rivalry and a big goal, to dominate the Western Conference Pansies.

We’ll see you again next year, here’s to another great series, and the winner hoisting the cup!

I’m sure you and many others feel the Caps/Pens series was the most entertaining series in recollection. I would love to watch all 7 games over and over again.

I personally think the Caps were the Pens toughest team to beat this the playoffs.

East AND West. There were 3 OTs in the Caps/Pens series, and most of the games had only a 1 goal differential. Detroit was a close second.
