3rd round pick 4.4 ppg??
Ben Hanowski is the all time leading scorer in Minnesota state high school history. He racked up 405 career points in high school, I don't care who you are that's quite the accomplishment. But someone please explain this.
How did he have 57 goals and 53 assists last season, in 25 games. An average of 4.4 points per game is something i would have to see to believe over the course of a season. Don't they use goalies in Minnesota high school hockey?

There’s no doubt that he’s a good kid but some are skeptical because he may have just been an example of big fish in little pond. He played in Class A hockey which is, safe to say, not up to par with the likes of Shattock’s or Notre Dame (high school). However there’s no denying that the kid is dominant and there’s always a chance you land a real sick player by taking chances like this.

I’m very interested to see how he does at St. Cloud State….Not expecting him to tear it up at first, but the kid has to have some hands.
