- Paul Bissonnette dropped the mitts twice, while Tyler Kennedy, Mike Rupp, Jay McKee and Deryk Engelland picked up a fight each. Not to be outdone, Eric Godard and Matt Cooke each received a game misconduct as well.
- Nate Guenin helped his case for that 7th defenseman spot, picking up the only other goal in the game.
- Marc-Andre Fleury played all game, stopping 27 of 32
