Marc-Andre Fleury day-to-day with a fractured finger

Don't know yet whether or not this means he's a no-go for Saturday's game against the Canucks, but as of right now it would seem like John Curry is the healthy option.

According to the Trib-Review:

Fleury was injured Thursday night in a win at Edmonton when a shot caught his glove awkwardly in the second period. He went to the bench, where video replays showed his bloody finger was wrapped. However, Fleury finished that game, making 33 saves for his third win in four starts on a five-game road trip.

Credit to Fleury for soldiering on through the injury to seal the comeback win Thursday night.

With Brent Johnson on the IR and Fleury now dealing with a fractured finger, there's a good chance the Penguins may rely on John Curry to step in as the starter Saturday night against the Canucks.  Depending on the severity of MAF's injury, there's always a chance we may see another call up over the next 24 hrs or so.  Odd as it may sound, the Pens could start tomorrow night's game with both Fleury and Johnson listed as scratches.

Actually, according to the Post-gazette, Mellon Arena has sold out 134 straight times. By the way, I don’t know if you’ve checked a calender lately but it’s only SATURDAY. I’m sure it will sellout.

He seems fairly incoherent and delusional, that’s for sure.

Seems to be a caps fan…probably just embarrassed that his super-star cant finish his own fights…

Ban ban ban ban……Ban ban ban ban (I think that’s my first one too).

We do encourage and welcome all viewpoints here, but if you’re gonna act like an ass (especially without provocation), you won’t be allowed to continue.

Yeah

He’s a clown. He popped into our threads last night to share his ‘special’ brand of intelligence (or lack thereof).

I think you’re first ban ever deserves some sort of commendation! How about a nice win tonight? I think we all can agree on that.

LOL Hooks banned this guy? I was going to lay into him a bit, I think all of the East Coast faithful had already hit the hay, but then I thought, we’re Pens fans, not Caps fans, not Cryers fans- we take the high road.

As evidenced by all of last year’s playoff run, we’re pretty open to mixing it up with other fans. but when they come over and contribute nothing more than rah rah we’re cool you suck sort of stuff, they can say buh byes.
