Wow, what a dirty and disgusting cheapshot! It is sickening to see that and someone needs to do something about it. Sutton wound up and nailed Dupuis and it was clearly intentional. I am completely in favor of clean checks, but that was dangerous and Sutton should get suspended, fined and then be given a full beatdown!!! No, I don’t want the NHL to become FIFA and have hockey become a game for prudes and sissies, but I think that dirty and dangerous hits like that need to be eliminated and scumbags who commit the act need to be suspended, fined and retaliated against fully. If the Pens don’t punish him, I hope someone else does (someone besides the Rangers, Caps or Flyers if possible). Hopefully Pascal can heal and the Pens can improve and get Gino rolling.
