WBS Pens Name Ryan Craig Team Captain

Not much of a surprise that Ryan Craig is now officially the team's captain for the 2010-11 season.  Craig has played for the Norfolk Admirals and Springfield Falcons and really has a lot of experience in the AHL.  He's been a captain before in his career and isn't in an unfamilar role.

Also no arguments with the alternate captains Tim Wallace and Andrew Hutchinson.  Wallace led the WBS Pens last year in goals and has been in Wilkes-Barre since the 06-07 season.  Hutchinson proved he could be a guy to fill a void in the NHL in his stint with Pittsburgh this year.  Both alternates have many AHL games under their belt and can teach the younger guys like Keven Veilleux, Geoff Walker, Robert Bortuzzo and Brian Strait a lot of positive things moving forward.

If any of these three are not in the lineup, Nick Johnson and/or Brett Sterling will wear the "A".  A look ahead at what the WBS Pens face this weekend coming later tonight.
