Last night watching the Isles and Sharks, the following possible layout occured to me to use on a penalty kill. Call me crazy but it seems to me like it would work. Anyone see something I am missing?

Thoughts anyone? Obviously the purple dots are the PK unit, and the blue are the PP guys. This would eliminate any cross ice passes, and basically force the shooters straight into the goalie. It seems to simple, so I figure there is something I am missing. Anyone?
