Week 5 of the PensBurgh Extra Attacker league has come to a close, and this week's winner was Mr. Man himself, FrankTheTank, with 74 points, just one off the overall leader. Soooooo close to a $50 gift certificate to Pizza Hut, Frank, how can you look yourself in the mirror?

hmmm....I tried to fanshot the standings Friday night

Doesn’t seem to have showed up. Oh well, that way I wasn’t stepping on your toes, Justin.

I’m kind of surprised my -50 points for the week didnt’t earn me last place. Guess I wasn’t the only one riding the Engelland Train to Oblivion.

I'm expecting 100% improvement from the Lions this season.

If you’re going to come that close, and still fall short, better to do it when there’s ‘merely’ pizza* on the line, as opposed to something really cool.

*With apologies to all the college students for whom Pizza is a main food group.

Not sure why it wouldn’t have appeared, but I usually try to do them between the last game of the week and the first game of the next week, just so the standings are finalized.

That was a brutal week. After that Dallas game, I was going to be happy with just making it out at the end with positive points, but I somehow managed to end up in first place? Phew.
