Mark Recchi Still Chuggin Along
Recchi signed a one-year extension with the Boston Bruins.
I've always liked Recchi. Part of me was kind of mad to see him get treated the way he did before he was forced out of town (by way of the minors), but the other part of me was just as fed up with his lack of production at the time too. A split was necessary, and a permanent one at that.
Still have my Recchi shirt from when he scored his 500th career goal with the Pens though...

Good to see him signing on for another year. Shoot, he looked good in the Playoffs that’s for sure. Recchi and Seguin…not a bad potential line!
