Kovalchuk is a left wing, non? Any word on him, yet?

Canada Rocks. Except for the Ottawa Senators.

Fascinating. NHL.com has him listed as a LW, which I wasn’t sure about … but … you know … anything to add to the winger thread! ;)

Well, he might be. I was just going off of TSN’s position listings.

Maybe he’ll sign with Pittsburgh and we can find out for ourselves!

I know he’s toward the tail end of his career (well, at least past the middle/prime?), but I kind of hoped they Pens might take a shot at Vinny Prospal.

Other than his years sandwiching Anaheim, he’s never had super productive years, but always very solid and playing with talent like Sid and Geno (or even Staalsie) wouldn’t hurt at all, if not giving him a resurgence Never a big plus/minus guy, but with the Pens (knock on wood) solid new D corps, even a fourth line job wouldn’t be bad. (I would’ve seen him much higher though, particularly with the Pens current crop of wingers.)

i like Vinny next to Geno. He takes FOs like a pro and we’ve all established that’s one of Geno’s biggest flaws as a C.

I'm 21 now... I still feel 20 and I still feel way too old.

Just so I never have to answer this again. I'm from Singapore so whenever you see me online, I'm either sleep deprived or just waking up.

MacIntyre and Winchester went today, but I didn’t have them up here.
