Remembering Toews' Concussion
I found this article from 2009 when Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews was knocked out with a concussion thanks to a Willie Mitchell hit (wasn't suspended). He missed 6 games (about 2 weeks of action). As for long term effects... he went on to be the MVP of the Olympic hockey tournament, as well as winning the Conn Smythe and Stanley Cup in 2010. Just thought I'd post this, in case anyone was looking for some encouragement regarding Sid. Go Pens.
The content expressed in fanposts does not necessarily reflect the opinions of the staff here at Pensburgh.com. FanPosts are opinions expressed by fans of various teams throughout the league but may be more Pittsburgh-centric for obvious reasons.

On a related note, why did the Fanshots and Fanpost get switched? Bizarre.

I have a theory
Frank got kidnapped by some evil Japers’ person who wants to take over SBN and turn everyone into gross Craps fans. He’s starting off by using Frank’s Pensburgh powers to randomly delete innocent pro-Pens comments and warp the very fibre of this site’s being by switching fanposts and fanshots to throw us into a black hole.
