However, their goalie situation will continue to be the biggest question mark heading into the postseason.

Even though..

I feel as though I need to hate the Flyers in every facet there is, their team is set to make a huge push for one better than they accomplish last season.

PensBurgh penalty - Lavender - 2 Minutes for saying, "Woo! Offense," every time Zbynek Michalek touches the puck.

They are definitely looking to win now, I don’t like Philly but they are an amazing team. If the Pens don’t start getting healthy, I’d say it’s a lock the Flyers will represent the East again this season.

I would say they have the advantage at the foward position as of today. But things tend to change, so no worries.

I agree

Definitely going for it this year, trading away their first and third round picks. Only bad news for the Leafs is that these picks are basically early 2nd rd/4th rd picks because the Flyers should finish near the top of the standings.

THIS IS BRUTAL...

Good trade for the Flyers…HOWEVER, ask the Caps what a GREAT regular season does for you in the postseason? With their goaltending situation, it’s going to be interesting. They certainly have to guys in front of their net to win. Solid on D, deep up front…If their goaltending shuts down in the playoffs, they’ll prove to be human. If that doesn’t happen and their goalies are solid…uh oh!
