Penguins at Flyers, March 24, 2011

I was just curious: Are any Pensburghers braving the Philadelphia crowd and attending the game tonight? I am a Penguins fan living in Flyers Country and got two sets of tickets for tonight's game for Christmas. The ones I'm using are 2 rows behind the player benches! So look for a dork on TV wearing a Fleury jersey behind the benches and you just might see SidgeniMalsby! Let's Go Pens!

I used to live in that area so I braved my fair share of games there in Philly. Just keep eyes in the back of your head for the occasional popcorn coming your way or, in rare cases, a beer. Man I hope the Pens crush them for your sake.

Haha thanks.. I went to a Pens @ Flyers game in January of last season (a Pens 2-1 win). I didn’t get anything thrown at me but I did get booed pretty much for the whole walk from the parking lot to the arena.

I live in Philly area too….the higher your seats the worst it gets…I got lucky the last game I went to was the 5-1 win!

i was there!!!

Had a good time too. Wore my Z jersey! But ya there were some nasty fans and some nice ones too and Pens won which made it much more enjoyable!

Yeah I had a great time! I ended up sitting by some really nice Flyers fans. I was chatting with an older woman who was sitting next to me all game long and her son even added me to his season ticket mailing list (for tickets that he sells) despite the fact that I was wearing my Fleury jersey!
