Report says Pacioretty has severe concussion

Seen this last night while watching the Wild game... Hurts to watch it.... But the reason I'm posting is to ask... Should Chara be suspended or is this just bad luck for Pacioretty... I'm not sure intent to injure was there.... if this was further down the ice this is just a rub against the boards.
