So Long Mad Max


I don't know if its lost in the noise of a 39 year old former pen going across the state, but if there is one player that the organization is going to miss its Mad Max Talbot. Here is a guy who's is a certifiable 4th liner, didn't really throw significant numbers in the G, A, P, or +/- columns on the stat sheet. That wasn't Max. What was Max? Take a look after the jump.

It seemed like every charity event the penguins were a part of, Talbot was there, Between the annual penguins charity dinners

 

 

 

hockey fights cancer

 

and of course the god awe full commercials

 

 

 

 

but most of all he will be remembered for one post season run where the dude played out of his mind.

 

 

 

 

 

so long, max. everybody and their brother knew you were out after this year. hope you win another cup...just not in the next 5 years with them.
