Not that anyone really cares. Good start. Need to keep playing with energy, and then long term we just need to get damn healthy. This is a cup team when healthy; just glad we’re holding pace while being decimated by injuries.

I’m not sure I’d go quite that far, but the seams are definitely leaking. It’s like the Devils have made some sort of adjustment to get the puck out of their zone…and the Pens haven’t adjusted to compensate.

The Pens are starting to look really bad. I wonder how long before an unnecessary coaching change happens.
I don’t think they drop HCDB because of a 4 game slump. If it gets to 10 games then we should really worry. Hopefully Letang returns before or after the All Star Break… He’s skating and that’s a good sign. Staal hopefully returns soon too.
I think we move a couple players and try to pick up a semi decent center to make a push this year. If that requires us trading Martin or Orpik that’s what we have to do. I for one would like to see Martin’s cap hit go away. Niskanen might actually be getting some trade worth too thanks to his outstanding play recently.

I think the possibility of making the playoffs is remote and the season might be done. No point in Crosby coming back again this season, he might as well be shut down.
