By now you're well-aware of what the Penguins may or may not be up to in terms of Roster Shuffling; if you're at all like me, you found it very curious that defenseman Zbynek Michalek (glad I don't have to spell that anymore) was dealt at the tail-end of the first round for what amounted to Cap Space.

Whatever happens in Free Agency, I am thrilled that Pens' GM Ray Shero is taking a pro-active approach to fixing the team that has gotten bounced in the first-round of the Playoffs the last three years. The link below takes you to an article I wrote singing his praises.
