*Ok, so maybe Jeffrey has never lined up here, and there's no real evidence that he will get the first crack on this line but we had five lines worth of forwards and Jeffrey has senority over everyone on the 5th line so we just game him the chance.

** Malkin is expected to be in-transit from Russia to Pittsburgh this weekend and likely will join the team sometime on Sunday/Monday. Letang has returned from Russia earlier in the week and been practicing with the other Penguin players.
