I have to warn you going into this one - if you enjoy seeing a Penguin win a fight, this one's not for you.

Around the 3:20 mark in the 2nd period, Jarkko Ruutu hit Ilya Kovalchuk against the boards, but an attempted avoidance caused a knee-to-knee hit.  Steve McCarthy came at Ruutu and unloaded on his face.  This was a clear loss for Ruutu, if you want to call it a fight - Ruutu didn't do anything before the linesmen came in.  Frank's got more on the hit then I do - but you already read the front page didn't you?
