Just Passing Info Along

I've been interested in what people think about Connor McDavid for the last couple of weeks, especially since we got an unusual visit from a Florida Panthers fan. In addition to McDavid, I've been interested in what city would be the best fit for him. I think this article could go a long way in answering that question. To see for yourself, click the link.

League Attendance Figures

The majority of these statistics are pretty unspectacular. No big surprises. The Florida Panthers, unfortunately, or perhaps not if they're able to draft Connor McDavid, sit at the bottom of this list with an average attendance this season in the neighborhood of 8,500 fans. McDavid would probably help with that statistic, and others. It has been said that Panthers brass is no longer giving away free tickets, but, man... Couldn't they get over the 10,000 mark?

The Avalanche, despite their playoff appearance last season, have been a disappointment on the ice and in the stands thus far this season. Hope comes in the form of an end to the NFL season for the Avs and a number of other teams. Dear football, go home! If Peyton Manning can't save the mile high city... That name means so much more these days, maybe people can hedge their bets on a Connor McDavid miracle?

Other malcontents include the Carolina Hurricanes organization, which seems just too plain-Jane of a destination in my estimation, the Arizona Coyotes, whom play hockey in the desert and are at least in part owned by their operating body, the NHL, and finally the recently resurgent Buffalo Sabres, winners of ten out of their last thirteen.

Hopefully the information alone is enough to spark a comment because I have no prompting question. Good day!
