Pascal Dupuis talks about his road to return from blood clots

We got this note from The Players' Tribune:

"We just published a story by Pascal Dupuis called Why I'm Coming Back. Dupuis talks about his regimen of blood thinners and injections to get to this point as well as what he missed being away from the ice. Finally, he talks about what it would mean to come back and win a Stanley Cup."

Here's an excerpt from the story:

People have told me I wasn’t good enough my entire life. Not good enough for Juniors. Not good enough for the NHL. Not good enough to play on Sidney Crosby’s wing. Even now, I’m sure there’s plenty of people who have left me for dead. They clearly do not know me.

Here's the link again to check it out, definitely worth a read to show the mental and physical trials and tribulations that Dupuis has gone through is his road to redemption and resuming his dream of winning the Stanley Cup one more time.

Dupuis, to this point, is medically cleared to compete, and should be with the Penguins at training camp in September.
