For the last time until November 8th, it's a hockey night in Pittsburgh! The Pens have feasted on a home-heavy start to the season, going 4-0-1 at the friendly confines of the PPG Paints Arena (and a 0-2-0 record on the road, but a problem for another day).
Tonight the Islanders come to town, off to a somewhat mediocre 3-4-0 start to the season, including a loss last time out against the Montreal Canadiens just last night in a game where our friends at Lighthouse Hockey were not impressed by the NYI effort.
Jaroslav Halak (shudders to memories of 2010) will be in the net tonight for the Isles.
Expected NYI Lines

Anders Lee - Brock Nelson - Jason Chimera
Shane Prince - Ryan Strome - Alan Quine

It's not known at the time of this writing who the Penguins starting goalie will be, however Marc-Andre Fleury practiced as if he was the starter, so early indications say he will start this game, as he has all in the 2016-17 season.
