Can the Pens even thing up?

Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports

Good afternoon one and all,

The Pens are no worse for the wear after a bruising game 1. Kunitz is a game-time decision, but Sheary and Cullen seem to be good to go, so there probably won't be any lineup changes for tonight. [NHL]

Kris Letang says he's not overly worried about the Caps doling out the heavy hits. It's playoff hockey, he says. [ESPN]

Drew Doughty, Erik Karlsson and Brent Burns are the finalists for the 2015-16 Norris Trophy. [SBN]

The Caps are expected to sit Dmitry Orlov, who didn't acquit himself too well in game 1, and will probably be replaced by Tyler Chorney. [CSN]

Tom Wilson was fined for a knee-on-knee on Conor Sheary, but says it wasn't his intention to hit him. Riiight. [Washington Times]

Bruce Boudreau was fired by the Anaheim Ducks, which was kind of inevitable I guess. Speculation is the Minnesota Wild would like to make him employed again. [Star Tribune]

Draft lottery is upon us, and you know the Oilers will win it. Connor McDavid's advice to Auston Matthews was to "just smile". Hahaha. [The Score]

San Jose Sharks took a 1-0 lead on the Predators with the help of an adorable black kitty that invaded the ice. [USA Today]

And the Dallas Stars and St. Louis Blues engaged in an old-fashioned low-scoring game and the Stars came out on top. 1-0 Dallas. This will be a good series. [SI]
