Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final won't begin for 2 more hours, but Pittsburgh is turning up en masse in support of the Penguins tonight.

You get the picture. The streets are going to be madness tonight if the Pens can win their first Stanley Cup ever on home ice.
The City of Pittsburgh has done what they can to prepare for what could be in store tonight with street closures and more officers out and were hoping for as little "craziness" as possible. With all these people out so far before the game, they're probably not going to have an easy job tonight.
