Olli Maatta has been through a lot in his young career to date. He’s suffered injuries, he’s been through cancer. He’s done more than the average 21-year-old has - but with the bad comes the good, and the good is the Stanley Cup.
It was Maatta’s time with it, and he made it count, bringing the Cup back home to Finland.

First things were first: sharing it with the kids, of course.

But that was just day one for Maatta. Still with the Cup, he had a lot more people to share it with:

And some pretty special people, at that.

Maatta closed out his time with the Cup - and all the people he shared it with, in particular - perfectly.
