On Aug. 11, Nick Bonino got his day with the Stanley Cup.
Having bounced from Anaheim to Vancouver to Pittsburgh over the course of just a couple of years, it appears Bonino has found his hockey home. He centred what became a legendary line for the Penguins; he had probably the best goal call of the entire playoffs yelled in his honor.
And then, just like the rest of his teammates, he got the Cup for a day.
From golf to his infant daughter, to public celebrations throughout his hometown of Hartford, to flashes from his early hockey career to the children’s hospital to the firehouse to the infamous pasta he made for his grandparents, Bonino shared the Cup with just about everybody imaginable (even Kali!).
And his brother-in-law, Colby Moore, caught the entire day on camera, and put together a really special montage of a day that’s sure to go down as one of the best.

It's impossible to watch this and not just... feel really, really good about everything. Hopefully we can get a sequel!
