From the team:
The 13-day camp will consist of eight practice days, two off days and three “game day simulations,” which will mimic a traditional game day schedule and include an intra-squad scrimmage. The team will travel to the designated hub city of Toronto, Ontario on Sunday, July 26.
That sounds good, the coaches have had literally months to sit around and think about how they would go about gearing the team back up for action, and this sounds like as good a plan as any. Practices to re-emphasize systems and drill for fitness plus a couple of times to get back in the rhythm and routine of the beats of a typical game day.
And here’s the roster. There can only be 31 players total moving on into Phase 4.
Goalies (5): Matt Murray, Tristan Jarry, Casey DeSmith, Emil Larmi, Alex D’Orio
