The Penguins are hoping for a long road-trip. Forward Jason Zucker told Penguins team reporter Michelle Crechiolo “I have about 37 suitcases,” and went to on to say that when you’re planning on being there until October, you have to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable.

Zach Aston-Reese spoke about the difficulties of packing with a new team dress code. Aston-Reese told Crechiolo that he packed dress shorts, polos and plain T-shirts for practices and morning skates, while he packed two suits and four dress shirts for games.

Jared McCann spoke about his desire to get some Canadian snacks after arriving, mentioning ketchup chips and all-dressed chips.

Snacks, board games, and video games seem to be the usual necessities being packed by players.

“We’re planning on being there for quite a while, and so we’re just trying to get as prepared as we can and make sure we’re ready for any challenges that come with it,” Zucker told Crechiolo.
